We have used the technology behind [SMOKESTACK] for many years now and have evolved to the compact design you see today. From the first one made out of recycled bicycle parts, to the last one made to fit a whole hog, we know it works. The kettle conversation was inspired to encourage the mass market that barbecue smoking IS really that simple. With its stackable design, you can now fit a competition level smoker right on top of the footprint of your kettle grill. We strive to save space for what’s important to you, while giving you the perfect bbq, without fail.

Some of the features we love are the refueling chute and exhaust by-pass. We’ve designed these two functions into one dual purpose mechanism. If you’re planning to do a longer cook, you’re bound to need more fuel. No need to fret, all you have to do is open the chute on the side, and drop in your charcoal/wood. The by-pass, controlled by a simple damper, relieves all of the initial “black smoke”, while closing it off to the cook chamber, never allowing it to affect your cook. Second benefit is that you can direct all of the smoke to the bypass and open the lid (when needed, particularly at the end of the cook) without having to be blasted by smoke followed by a few tears. Simple, but smart.
